This advanced course is open to anyone who has already completed the Core Skills / Introductory Training in Wills and Estates and is looking to build on those skills to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities unique to wills and estates. This workshop will build on your Collaborative Practice foundations and improve your skills to manage multi-party matters and give you a deeper understanding of how to manage family conflict over inheritance.
